About Katie Hill

Katie Hill earned a Master of Arts Honors degree in German and History of Art from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. She grew up in Munich, Germany, Moscow, Russia and Memphis, TN.  She has worked in art galleries in Edinburgh, Scotland and Nashville, TN. She has taught art outreach at the Frist Center for Visual Arts (Nashville, TN), the Dixon Gallery and Gardens (Memphis, TN), and the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art. Additionally, she has taught elementary school art and led adult art workshops. Katie is said to have the vision to see the invisible, and many reflections can be seen in her work. She resides in Memphis with her husband and four boys.
